Dining Traveler Guide to Puerto Rico is a photographic guide to Puerto Rico. Food and travel writer Jessica van Dop DeJesus enlisted documentary photographer Italo Morales to go on a month’s long journey across Puerto Rico. The purpose of the book is to inspire the reader through beautiful photography, accounts from locals, and a more in-depth look at the lesser-known regions of the island.
The chapters are divided into regions: North, South, East, West, Center, San Juan, Culebra, and Vieques. This organization allows the reader to understand how geologically diverse the island is.
